The documents required to enter Spain depend on the nationality of the visitors.
Citizens from the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein only need the identification card or a valid passport. For the rest of countries please check the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs which provides the list of countries and the documents required.
In case you need a visa please ask for it at the Spanish embassy or any Spanish consulate at your country of residence.
In order to receive the Invitation Letter, it is mandatory to be registered at the conference.
If you require an Invitation letter please visit our online invitation letter application form. An official invitation letter will be sent by e-mail once you have filled this online form. It is mandatory to enter your full name (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number.
Please note that unfortunately it is not possible to send invitation letters directly to consulates. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are mailed directly to them. It is your responsibility to ensure that the documentation presented to the consulate is correct and completed before you start your journey. We recommend to apply for the visa at least 10 weeks before the travel (earlier in some cases). For more information, contact your nearest Spanish embassy or consulate.
